Attorneys informed Judge Anne Hwang that 'the case has settled' during a final pretrial conference on Thursday, according to court records obtained by the Daily Mail.
The court record does not disclose the terms of settlement or if any money was paid.
The case had been dragging on for years as there were many delays and mediation before a trial date was finally scheduled.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Jayne for further comment.
The lawsuit was filed in 2021 when Jayne and her companies were accused of using more than $25 million in funds from her estranged husband 's now-defunct law firm for her own personal expenses.

Jayne, 54, previously denied allegations of wrongdoing, claiming she was not aware of her estranged husband's financial problems.
The reality TV star spoke about the lawsuit during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, part one.
'You can file for bankruptcy, or you can fight it out in court,' Jayne told host Andy Cohen. 'You can go to trial, you can cut a deal, you can die in the streets — I have no idea.'
Also last month, the sale of the potentially $25 million legal claim against Jayne for $2 million was approved by a Los Angeles bankruptcy court in late April, .
The rights were sold to LHA Land LLC.
In December Jayne claimed her estranged husband had yet to divorce her because he is 'incompetent.'
The TV star initially filed for divorce from the attorney in November 2020, and the pair were later sued for embezzlement.
It was later found the lounge singer didn't participate in 'any wrongdoing,' but Girardi was sentenced to seven years in federal prison in June.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live she was asked by a fan why she 'hadn't filed for divorce', but she clarified: 'Oh, I have! You guys have got it so wrong. Yes, of course I have. I filed for separation.
'It's very difficult to get someone who's incompetent to divorce. I have to ask the conservator. It's just not that easy. You guys, just stop with all that. Chill on that.'
Asked if she had thought 'at all about seeing him' she replied: 'I have ... no. It's just too much. That's enough. He's done. It is what it is.'
Almost a year ago former attorney Girardi was handed an 87-month jail term for embezzling tens of millions of dollars of settlement money that belonged to his clients, some of whom awaited payment for treatment of severe physical injuries.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live she was asked by a fan why she 'hadn't filed for divorce', but she clarified: 'Oh, I have!'
United States District Judge Josephine L. Staton also ordered Girardi to pay a $35,000 fine and $2,310,247 in restitution.
United States Attorney Bill Essayli said: 'This self-proclaimed "champion of justice" was nothing more than a thief and a liar who conned his vulnerable clients out of the millions of dollars.
'My office will vigorously prosecute corrupt lawyers and those who assist them in criminal activities.'
In 2022, Judge Richard Fruin found there was no evidence Jayne participated in 'any wrongdoing.'
Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said: 'It's a good day.'
When asked if she felt 'vindicated' by the court ruling and she replied: 'Yes, I do.' And when quizzed on what she would say to her critics, she added: 'All I asked for was some time and some understanding. And today is a good day.'
