She shared the latest heartbreaking update in an interview with People, describing how the pain she is facing has kept her in or on her bed for a good chunk of the day.
However she does make an effort to leave for the sake of her daughter Sadie, 15, who relies on her mother to get to school and do other activities.
'I want to take her; it’s my favorite thing to do. It’s the only time we have together by ourselves,' she told People. 'I tell myself, "Just get her there safely and get home so you can get back into bed." And that’s what I do.'
She explained, 'My life isn’t wrapped up with a bow. People’s lives, sorry for lack of a better term, f***ing suck sometimes. So I’m being as honest and raw as I possibly can.'

Applegate is now planning on releasing a memoir, You With The Sad Eyes, a book about her battle with the illness, growing up as a child star, and enduring abuse.
Inside the pages of her book, set for release on March 3, the native will recount what it was like growing up, shedding light on domestic abuse, being molested, and growing up with a single mom.
'We all have come from somewhere, some places more painful than others, and it’s what you do with it, I guess,' she told People magazine in a new cover story
