The TV personality, 33, who also shares sons Noah, four, Jude, two, with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield, gave fans an insight into the lavish bash on Sunday.
Charlotte made sure to dress her daughter in a matching look for the party as they both wore candy pink smock dresses featuring floral designs.
The bash, which was held at The Glasshouse in Blackpool, featured an array of special guests, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse and two performers dressed as colourful fairies.
Most striking of all, Charlotte, her footballer Matt, 32, and their three children were joined outside the venue by two white horses - who were fully dressed up to look like unicorns.
Taking to her Instagram on Sunday, Charlotte also shared an array of snaps from her home set up for Gigi's birthday - before admitting she was officially 'mummed out' for the day.

Charlotte had set up an ombre pink balloon display to show off the gifts she had bought for Gigi, including a bright pink toy car and a huge doll house.
She also had a ball pit made up in the house for her daughter to play in on her big day.
Charlotte also shared an array of snaps of Gigi in her high chair wearing a birthday hat and a pearl pink clutch bag with a '1' balloon positioned behind her.
She captioned the snaps: 'Happy 1st Birthday to my beautiful princess Gigi and happy for you to be born on this day is so special.

The milestone comes days after Charlotte continued to show off her incredible as she and Matt partied the night away at sister-in-law Kirsty's 40th birthday bash in Manchester last week.

The stunner added a pair of sparkly heels and styled her locks into a dramatic up do while curls framed her gorgeous face.
Meanwhile Matt opted for a stylish black T-shirt and beige chinos while helping Charlotte celebrate her friend's milestone birthday.

She went on to plug her Belleh Blaster workout, which she attributes for her weight loss, with a 12 week plan costing punters £12.50.
