Brendon allegedly left his estate to just one individual in a handwritten will, according to court documents obtained by People which were filed on Monday.

His parents Robert and Kathleen Schultz were listed in the will, as well as his twin brother Kelton and ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker.
However, Brendon allegedly left 'everything' to just his brother in an 11-word will that had been written on a piece of lined paper.
'Kel gets everything. He can figure it out,' the late actor penned, while adding, 'Sarah gets nothing.'

It is not known when Brendon wrote the will and the value of his estate has also not been disclosed.
Last month in May, his brother petitioned to be appointed the personal representative for the star's estate with a hearing set for July 16.
The Putnam County Coroner ruled that Brendon's death was natural since 90 percent of his right coronary artery was blocked due to atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, TMZ reported in May; seen in 2018 in Italy

'It's a tragedy when you lose anyone at any point,' Gellar said. 'It's a bigger tragedy when you lose someone way sooner than needs to be.'

She called Brendon 'an integral part of Buffy, and that never goes away.'
Gellar said of her late colleague's work on the series: 'I think as actors we talk a lot or think a lot about legacy.
'He brought so much joy to so many people on that show, and that lives on. And that's the truth.'

Brendon is best remembered for his role as construction worker Xander Harris in Joss Whedon's supernatural horror drama Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which aired for seven seasons spanning 1997-2003 on The WB/UPN (seen above)
The actress penned in the caption: '"They'll never know how tough it is to be the one who isn't chosen. To live near to the spotlight, and never step in it. But I know. I see more than anybody realizes because nobody's watching me."
'I saw you Nicky. I know you are at peace, in that big rocking chair in the sky,' she concluded.
