Patrick Mendes Files for Divorce from Thais Ramone

90 Day Fiance’s Patrick Mendes is pushing through with his divorce from wife and co-star Thais Ramone.

The reality star, 36, who initially filed to end their four-year marriage in May, on Monday filed for a default summary disposition, per Us Weekly. It would enable the court to finalize the divorce without a trial and without participation of the other spouse.

The filing comes 25 days after Ramone was served with divorce papers in . According to state law, she had 21 consecutive days to respond, but she failed to do so, hence Mendes' forward-moving legal action.

Mendes has also requested sole legal and primary physical custody of the couple's three-year-old daughter, Aleesi.

The former professional weightlifter claimed that Aleesi had already been living with him most of the time prior to the split, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

Mendes and the Brazilian model, 30, who last month , which was then dropped, met on a dating app when the heavyweight champion was in visiting his father.
