The chef, 27, is no longer on speaking terms with his parents after cutting ties with them in a six-page statement in January.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Brooklyn shared a snap of himself modelling a cowboy hat, the same one David had worn in a video posted by his wife Victoria as he celebrated his birthday earlier this month.

In the post, Brooklyn also shared a glimpse at his trip to the hair salon with his wife , before they indulged in a glass of wine together.

Despite his estrangement from his parents, Brooklyn did pay tribute to his grandfather Anthony earlier this week, after he celebrated his 80th birthday.

Across the pond, the Beckhams were out in force alongside Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24, and Cruz's partner Jackie Apostel, 30, as Anthony marked his birthday with a lavish party.

Anthony appeared elated at the glamorous party, hugging his daughter before sitting down for a meal, where he was gifted personal cards.

Meanwhile, Cruz, who has recently launched his music career with his band The Breakers, was also spotted giving Jackie a kiss on the cheek.

While Brooklyn reportedly dashed any hopes of a reconciliation with his parents, Brooklyn is reportedly still in contact with his grandparents.

A source told The Mirror: 'While things between him and his parents are over, Brooklyn is still very fond of his grandparents. There is a lot of love for them, and that has never faltered.'

Over the festive period, David's mum Sandra and Victoria's mother Jackie Adams both reached out to Brooklyn after he had been absent from every key family event over the course of the year - among them his father's milestone 50th birthday celebration and long awaited recent investiture.

A source went on: 'David and Victoria will never give up trying to secure a reconciliation between them and their son. Nothing will change that, and they live in hope. He will always be their son, and they are not going to stop putting on record their feelings.'

Brooklyn and Nicola have continued to put on a united display amid mounting backlash from fans urging him to heal the rift with his family.

Back in January, Brooklyn announced his disassociation from his family – declaring he was no longer part of 'Brand Beckham' and insisting his parents are 'performative' as well as accusing Victoria of 'dancing inappropriately' at his wedding.

Brooklyn also alleged that his family values 'public promotion and endorsements above all else', adding that 'Brand Beckham comes first'.

Appearing on Emma Grede's podcast Aspire this week, fashion designer Victoria, 52, said building their £500million empire known as 'Brand Beckham' was 'never their intention' and insisted she wasn't a 'pushy parent'.

During the interview, Dragons' Den entrepreneur Emma asked the Spice Girls star about how she decides what 'remains personal' and what is part of Brand Beckham.

The line of questioning appeared to allude to Brooklyn's scathing six-page statement, in which he claimed he had been 'controlled' by his parents for most of his life with 'performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships'.

Seemingly hitting back, Victoria told Emma: 'When David and I first met it was never our intention to start a brand.

'People talk about "Brand Beckham" - that has happened so organically. When I first met David, I mean he was a Brylcreem boy.

'So David was Adidas and Brylcreem and Pepsi and I was in the Spice Girls and that's where I learnt so much about how to build a brand and marketing.

'While he was doing Brylcreem and Adidas, the Spice Girls were doing Walkers crisps, Pepsi, Chupa Chups lollies, deodorant.

'Do you know? True story, my mother still has a Spice Girls' pizza in her oven. That pizza's been in the freezer for thirty odd years. So when, people talk about "Brand Beckham", that was never something that we even discussed.'

Victoria insisted as their success grew, they remained focused on their separate projects, with David working on building his football club Inter Miami, while she created her fashion and beauty empire.

She continued: 'We don't have any deals together. David does what David does, I do what I do.

'That's the way it's always been. We have very different interests. I think it was the outside world that really talked about Brand Beckham, that's never really how we saw it. We're just doing what we do.'
