Brianna Chickenfry Slams Zach Bryans Lookalike Marriage

Zach Bryan's ex Brianna 'Chickenfry' LaPaglia issued a withering verdict on his marrying a woman who looks exactly like her.

LaPaglia and Bryan split after 15 months in October 2024, and she then alleged he had been 'cheating on me the whole time' they were together.

Then last summer Bryan, 29, took up with yoga teacher Samantha Leonard, whom fans have noted for her eerie physical resemblance to LaPaglia.

Five months into their relationship, Bryan and Leonard surprised their fans by exchanging vows on New Year's Eve in San Sebastian, Spain

Now LaPaglia, 26, has characterized the marriage as 'a dig at me,' while talking to Logan Paul and his co-host Mike Maljak on their podcast Impaulsive.

When Maljak argued that 'men do sometimes be having a type,' LaPaglia shot back that 'no one before me ever looked like me, let's be real.'

Observers have picked up on the eerie resemblance between LaPaglia (left) and Leonard (right), with Dave Portnoy describing the latter as a 'clone' of the former

In the same interview, LaPaglia sensationally claimed she 'couldn't be on social media' if she had signed the $12.9 million nondisclosure agreement that Bryan had offered her to refrain from discussing their relationship in public.

She asserted that if she consented to his terms, she 'wouldn't have been able to do my job. I wouldn't have been able to post anything. I wouldn't have been able to say anything. I could only say positive remarks.'

LaPaglia also alleged that the restrictions in the NDA would have applied to 'all of Barstool' as well as her own podcast co-hosts Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards.

She claimed that 'they would've been under control. I'm like: "That's literally impossible. What are you talking about? Insane."'

LaPaglia maintained she harbors no regrets about refusing the money, adding that 'I know that no one believes me but if I wanted to I would've f***ing taken it.'

When asked why she demurred, she said: 'You guys have no idea the half of what I went through with this person. To have that hanging over my head for one more second and to be in a contract with him for five more years....'

Had she agreed to Bryan's demands, she alleged, she 'would've been under surveillance with his team and him for the next five years of my life until the payout was complete,' an eventuality that was 'out of the question' for her.

'It was so controlling, and I would've had to do check-ins with them, stay in contact with his manager,' she told Paul and Maljak.

Maljak compared the alleged restrictions in the NDA to those applied to someone on probation, telling LaPaglia she was 'noble' for declining to sign.

'It wasn't supposed to be a noble thing,' LaPaglia insisted. 'It was more so just for me and I wanted that chapter of my life to be done.'

Paul then asked her why Bryan still wanted so much 'control' over her after the breakup, prompting LaPaglia to denounce her ex as 'a psychopath, a narcissist and a very scary person.'

Her comments come a month after Bryan apparently took jabs at her on three tracks from his new album With Heaven on Top - released nine days following his wedding to Leonard, whom Dave Portnoy has called LaPaglia's 'clone.'

On the song Skin, Bryan sang that he was 'taking a blade to my old tattoos,' sneering that he was 'taking a blade to my own skin' and 'never touching yours again.'

Bryan previously said he got a tattoo dedicated to LaPaglia 'three days' into their romance, on top of which the two of them at one point acquired matching body art of one of his song lyrics: 'How lucky are we?'

His new album also featured a song called Slicked Back, in which he sang: 'Used to know some folks who put it all online but you paint landscapes in the evening time,' apparently comparing Leonard's passion for art to LaPaglia's social media presence.

Meanwhile Bryan's song Plastic Cigarette appeared to contain a reflection on the night he first met LaPaglia after a concert he played in Queens.

'My brother had told me to leave but I didn't believe the evil beneath some people you meet out in Queens,' said the country bad boy.

LaPaglia first discussed the reputed NDA a month after Bryan announced their split, telling her side of the story on the podcast she hosts with Portnoy and Richards.

She said she took the line: 'F*** you, I don't want a settlement, that's not me,' but that she entered into a 'back-and-forth' with Bryan's team.

'They gave me all these options, they started low and then they went up to $10 million, then $12 million. Then they wanted to give me a house, then they wanted to give me a New York apartment,' she said.

She marveled that he was purportedly offering such a hefty payout 'to not talk about this relationship that you posted on Instagram was so beautiful and you had so much love for me. What the f*** are you hiding, dude? What are you scared of?'

LaPaglia accused Bryan of subjecting her to 'literal, narcissistic emotional abuse,' adding that he 'isolated me from my whole entire life, wouldn't let me be who I wanted to be. He kept repeatedly beating me down.'

However, according to her version of events, she at one point decided to take the settlement money - only to then change her mind after Bryan's team supposedly neglected to wire the sum at once and kept providing her with excuses as to why.
