The 46-year-old stunt performer got candid about the topic during an interview with Rolling Stone published on Friday after the fifth and final movie in the franchise Jackass: Best and Last hit theaters on June 26.

Margera, who, has had a tumultuous relationship with Knoxville and Tremaine over the years.

'I'll definitely check out the movie, and I hope it's good,' he told the outlet. 'But as far as a reunion, it's not going to happen, not in 10 million years.'

The star explained that he does not have 'bad blood' with the cast of Jackass.

'It's just the decisions that Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine decided to make. I never want to see them ever again in my life. Enough is enough.'

Knoxville also admitted to getting emotional upon seeing Margera's parents at the screening and told ET in a separate interview that it had made him 'so happy'; seen in June in L.A.

He reached a deal with producers for Jackass 5 following negotiations, TMZ reported at the time.

Tremaine, who has previously stepped behind the camera to direct the other Jackass movies, also directed the new project.

Steve-O opened up about the installment while talking to TMZ in January and commented on Margera reaching a deal with Jackass 5 producers.

'Bam's doing great. No question about it,' he told the outlet.

On the topic of Margera's involvement, Steve-O continued, 'I think that some stuff still needs to be worked out, but there is nothing that would be better than a full circle redemption, triumphant return.

'And you know, us to ride into the sunset like on a win, like all of us together - the whole band.'

Margera was fired from Jackass Forever in 2021 for allegedly 'failing to abide by conditions' that had been set by producers which included 'staying sober and taking routine drug tests.'

He reportedly broke the contract, which had conditions the star allegedly needed to follow such as taking his medication, blowing into a breathalyzer and doing routine drug tests during the production of the movie.

Earlier this year in January, it was announced that Margera would be making his return in the final Jackass movie, after being booted from the previous film for allegedly violating a 'wellness agreement'; seen in 2010 in Madrid

At one point, the star tested positive for Adderall before being kicked off the project, though he claimed he had been prescribed the drug by doctors.

Margera went on to sue Paramount as well as Knoxville and Tremaine for wrongful termination and also alleged he received 'inhumane treatment' when he was fired.

He claimed that three individuals forced him to sign a 'wellness agreement' during his stint in rehab back in 2019 before he could take part in Jackass 4.

In April 2022, it was reported that the stunt performer dismissed the lawsuit after reaching a settlement.

And following years of alcohol and drug abuse as well as legal issues, Margera has reached sobriety.

Knoxville previously talked about Margera's battle with substance abuse and told Variety back in 2022 that he hadn't 'spoken' to his castmate 'in about a year and a half' at the time.

'It boils down to: I love Bam. I know that a lot has happened. I just want him to get well for himself and his family. I love the guy, and I want him to get well and stay well.'

But before reaching negotiations to be a part of Jackass 5, Margera had shared he did not intend to appear in the franchise again.

'What they did to me, making me go to treatment and paying for it, and then not putting me in a movie, and, you know, I had to go to court over it,' the star told CinemaBlend in July 2025.

'You couldn't offer me enough money to want to do another Jackass with them. The damage has been done.'

Margera, who's been to rehab 13 times, has also opened up about his sobriety over the years and how his passion for skateboarding saved him.

'Skateboarding is my therapy, my sanity, my medication,' he told Rolling Stone.

'The weight loss has happened, the muscle memory is back, and I'm actually learning and inventing new tricks at the age of 46. All I want to do now is skateboard.'
