She's spent the past five years helping Australians navigate love and relationships on Married At First Sight.

But intimacy expert has admitted there's one thing about dating in Australia she still can't get used to.

The Puerto Rican relationship guru, 52, has declared Australian men 'have no game' and need to 'step it up' when it comes to romance, saying local blokes simply don't know how to woo women.

The candid admission comes after Rampolla .

Speaking at Carla Zampatti's The Female Forces Series alongside Showpo founder Jane Lu, Rampolla reflected on the cultural differences she's noticed since Australia became her second home while filming the Nine dating experiment.

Daily Mail has obtained behind-the-scenes images from the glamorous shoot, with Alessandra and Jane sharing a laugh as they posed together before the cameras.

Alessandra looked elegant in a strapless white dress featuring black polka dots, wearing her caramel locks in soft waves and natural glowing makeup.

Jane, meanwhile, opted for a chic powder blue strapless top paired with matching tailored trousers and gold statement earrings.

During the discussion, Alessandra was asked how romance in Australia compares with dating in Puerto Rico.

'There's a big difference in the way men approach seduction in Puerto Rico, in Latin America, versus Australia,' she said.

'It was quite a shock to me when I first started coming, because I'm very used to men taking the lead in terms of letting you know they're interested.'

Having spent more than 25 years working throughout Latin America, Alessandra said men there rarely leave women guessing.

'If a man is interested, he will pursue and he will let you know,' she explained.

'Australian men have a big problem in that they don't know how to woo. They have no game.'

Rampolla admitted the difference has made dating in Australia difficult during her five years working on Married At First Sight.

'My experience in Australia as a single woman the past five years that I've been coming has been difficult in that sense, because I am so not interested in somebody who will not do their part,' she said.

'To me, their part is doing the seduction, doing the wooing, letting me know, being proactive, doing the whole conquest thing.'

She said she has noticed the same pattern playing out repeatedly among the MAFS couples.

'I have found that in my work in MAFS, I keep seeing that it's like a thing,' she said.

'Not only in my personal life have I lived it, I keep seeing it on the show.'

'I think there is something about, I call it a little bit of laziness, and I think men sometimes feel a little entitled and like they don't have to do much.'

'I don't think it's cool, and I don't think it's good for the women, and I think that we need to expect the men to step it up a little more.'

She then issued a blunt challenge to Australian bachelors.

'Yes. Aussie men, step it up,' she laughed.

'Aussie men need to step it up.'

The comments echo sentiments Rampolla recently shared with Daily Mail during an interview about this year's season of Married At First Sight, in which she revealed viewers are only seeing part of what really unfolded behind the scenes.

'I think what we're seeing is absolutely accurate,' she said of this year's edit.

'Of course, there's always so much that is missed.'

She even suggested the final television product had been kinder to participants than many viewers realised.

'I would not say it's been worse than what we actually all lived,' she said.

'Some of the people's shocking behaviour was left on the floor.'

According to Rampolla, some moments were simply too extreme to make it into the finished series.
