The 53-year-old actress got honest about her career days after the season four cast of the highly-popular HBO series was announced.
Garth talked about the role on the Thursday episode of her I Choose Me With Jennie Garth podcast with guest Susan Lucci.
She had asked the 79-year-old soap opera legend about roles that she missed out on.
Then Garth got honest as she said: 'For me, one of the roles that I have recently not gotten that I was bummed about was one of the characters on White Lotus.
'And they shot that season in Thailand, which I would have really loved. So I was bummed about that. I'm not gonna lie.'

It remains unclear which role she had auditioned for but as she said it was filmed in Thailand so it was definitely season 3.
A natural fit for Garth could have been in one story line which included actress Jaclyn (played by Michelle Monaghan) who is on a girls' trip with longtime pals Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Laurie (Carrie Coon).
Another role which could have been a possibility for Garth was Parker Posey's role as Victoria Ratliff who was the matriarch on vacation with her embattled husband and their three children.

Meanwhile, The White Lotus season four is continuing to shape up as one of the most star-studded chapters yet, with HBO officially confirming several new additions to the hit anthology series last week.
In a casting announcement shared on X on January 29, the streamer revealed that Helena Bonham Carter, Chris Messina and Marissa Long will join the upcoming season of Mike White’s series.
Fans were thrilled by Bonham Carter's casting, which had been previously rumored, with many saying her on-screen presence always makes things 'even more intriguing'.
The trio joins a growing ensemble that already includes Steve Coogan, AJ Michalka, Alexander Ludwig and rising Australian actor Caleb Jonte Edwards, whose involvement has quickly become a talking point among fans.
'Helena Bonham Carter in The White Lotus S4? Perfect casting she's got that wild, unpredictable energy that fits the show's chaos vibe so well,' one X user gushed.

Production timelines suggest viewers may not return to The White Lotus until 2027, though no official premiere window has been announced.
The casting news surrounding Edwards has drawn particular attention, after the newcomer quietly launched his Instagram account just days before his role was confirmed.
Edwards opened the account on January 14, sharing a series of sun-soaked beach photos and videos that immediately sparked speculation.
One image showed the actor clinging to the side of a boat against turquoise water and white sand, while another clip captured him leaping from a rocky cliff into the sea.

The role marks Edwards’s first major acting gig, following a brief appearance in a single episode of Black Snow last year.
