In a wild video shared on The Drew Barrymore Instagram, Barrymore, 50, and Bertinelli, 65, challenge hair guru Chris Appleton to turn up the silver glam.

The clip starts with the actresses in their natural shades, but in a blink, Appleton’s magic transforms them into glowing, luminous gray goddesses.

Set to a cheeky Heated Rivalry-inspired soundtrack, the video shows Barrymore and Bertinelli rocking their new silvery strands like runway pros.

‘Gray hair… challenge accepted,’ teased the on-screen caption - and it’s clear the ladies are owning every strand.

It’s unclear whether the gray look was achieved with dye or a wig, but the pair’s laughter, hugs, and even a quick kiss from Drew show they’re loving their new style.

Appleton has become a familiar face on The Drew Barrymore Show, transforming both Barrymore and Bertinelli’s hair into standout, head-turning styles.

In June 2024, he gave Barrymore a throwback blonde makeover that left the actress feeling like she’d stepped back in time.

Seeing her reflection, she said it brought back memories of her Charlie’s Angels premiere in 2003: 'I just got put in a time machine and I'm back 20 years ago — I still feel like that person.'

Bertinelli, who has previously embraced her gray hair, also got a surprise Hollywood-style update from Appleton last November.

The Hot in Cleveland alum went for a vibrant blonde, and soon revealed it was a wig on Instagram.

She added, 'It’s always fun to play dress up and experiment with hair and makeup, but when I look in the mirror, I want to see…me.'

Meanwhile, Drew has been refreshingly open about embracing her age.

In December, she posted a makeup-free video on Instagram, showing her bare face, fine lines and all.

‘Aging is a privilege. It’s not something to fear,’ she wrote, zooming in on her natural complexion.

It’s far from the first time Barrymore has shared her thoughts on getting older.

Earlier this year on her talk show, a fan asked her how she stays so comfortable in her own skin.

‘I haven’t done anything, and I want to try to keep it that way,’ she admitted, while also acknowledging that everyone has their own path.

‘Do whatever works for you, and don’t judge others for doing things differently,’ she added.

The Whip It director was candid about her own insecurities too, joking about turkey neck and other signs of aging.

‘I want to tell myself not to be so hard on myself,’ she said, making it clear that self-confidence is a work in progress.
