The singer, 34, officially announced she was quitting in December 2020 after nine years in the group, citing the heavy impact on her mental health.
The members of the band - which includes Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock - have revealed that they are currently not in contact with Jesy.
But Jesy made moves to change that during her appearance on Great Company, as she seemingly reached out to the band while reminiscing about their heyday.
Speaking candidly, Jesy said: 'I had some really s*** times in Little Mix, but also some of the best times of my life'.
'They were my best mates, we had so much fun, it's way more powerful being in a band than being solo I stayed in the band for my brother who essentially wanted me to make cash to support the family. Leaving was hard.'

The singer will reveal why she left the band in her new Amazon Prime documentary; Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix.
Speaking ahead of it's release on February 13, Jesy teased what is in store in a Q and A on Tuesday.
Of why it is now her time to tell the truth, Jesy said: 'I have never really said anything. I have always stayed quiet because - I don't actually know why I stayed quiet. I've just never said anything, and this felt like the time to tell my story.

'I speak about my childhood, my dad, the reasons why I left Little Mix, which I have never, ever spoken about, it was really tough.
'There's been a constant narrative about me and certain interviews where people have spoke and I believe gave a false narrative of why I left, so this was my turn to say my truth and why I left.
'But I also really hope that it gets put to bed after this because I feel like I have been carrying that weight for a really long time, but who knows. It was the most vulnerable time in my life, but like I said it's like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and this is my truth.
'What was really lovely - because when I left it was a big explosion and all the headlines and narratives; it felt like quite a dark cloud over Little Mix.'
Jesy recently opened the door to a Little Mix reunion and has healed her rift with Simon Cowell following the birth of her daughters.

Jesy, who shot to fame on The X Factor, was believed to be in a six-year feud with her former bandmates.
Music mogul Simon Cowell grouped the women together on the now defunct ITV show in 2011 and they became the first band to win the show in its history and achieved five number ones and sold an incredible 75million singles worldwide.
Following their well publicised fallout, she has said she is open to reconciling with the women and making a Little Mix comeback.
The mother-of-two credits her twins' births for her change of mind, after they were recently diagnosed with life-threatening condition Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1.

Jesy said: 'They have healed a part of me which I never thought was possible.'
She said of a potential reunion to The Sun: 'We're all mums now and I can't speak on behalf of them, but I'd like to think that we probably see things a lot differently now.
'I think you do, just as you get older anyway, but you know, never say never. I have so much love for them and always will.

Jesy has also ended her feud with Simon, 66, who she said reached out following the heartbreaking diagnosis of her daughters.
She said: 'He called me, he reached out to me when I had the girls' diagnosis.
'We had a good long old chat and we actually spoke about his new Netflix show. I did watch it and I actually really enjoyed it.'
Jesy's time in Little Mix will be explored in a brand new Amazon Prime Video documentary series.
The docu-series covers the 'most painful' time of her life as it charters her journey to motherhood, with the star suffering pregnancy complications, including Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome and giving birth to twin daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe

The trailer opens with Jesy looking out to an empty stadium as she says: 'I have never spoken about this. I just always wanted to entertain people. It felt magical and then it very quickly isn't. I have just always stayed quiet. I was the one that left.'
A montage of clips play out from her Little Mix days, showing the star breaking down in tears and sitting out of group dance practice.

Elsewhere in the documentary, scenes document the moment Jesy and her now ex-fiancé Zion Foster, 27, are told by a doctor there is only a 5% chance their twin daughters will survive to birth.
Another initiate clip from her three-month hospital stay, shows Jesy crying. She weeps: 'I hate that my body is letting me down'.
Jesy's mother, Janice, comments after watching her daughter's terrifying pregnancy journey: 'If something was to go wrong now. I dread to think what it would be like' - unaware of what is to come.
Jesy said the documentary is so painful to watch following her twins' diagnosis.
Considered the most severe form of SMA, Type 1 symptoms - which typically appear in infancy - include extreme muscle weakness, difficulties swallowing and respiratory issues.

Jesy is now campaigning for SMA1 screening at birth and has started a petition to get the condition added to the newborn blood spot screening test, also known as the heel prick test.

'I hope you will all join me on this journey as I really open up and say goodbye to the past and enter this new chapter in my life. I hope you love it as much as we do.'
