Alicia finished off her sequined metallic ensemble with a quirky, flying saucer-shaped sci-fi purse on a chain.
Hairstylist Christopher Naselli gave Vikander’s middle-parted brunette waves a blow out for the Big Apple film festivities.
And make-up artist Kelly Cornwell let the Swedish stunner’s natural beauty shine through with only a hint of brown eye shadow, liquid liner, and blush.

Alicia was joined at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center’s OKX Theater by her onscreen leading man Jude Law and their Brazilian director Karim Aïnouz, who made his English-language feature debut with Firebrand.
Vikander had the 51-year-old Englishman – wearing a light-green blazer with grey pleated trousers – in stitches whispering asides to him on the red carpet as they posed together.
The former ballerina replaced Michelle Williams in the role of Katherine Parr, the sixth wife of King Henry VIII, who managed to outlive him in the 1540s-set, dismally-reviewed historical drama hitting US theaters this Friday.
‘I think this film is about a survivor, and I think she obviously stepped into this job being this wife knowing what the previous wives, where they had ended up. So I think she had her kind of task very clear ahead of her, and I think she knew she would have to get close to this man – that she needed him to trust her more than anything,’ Alicia said on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Monday.
‘One thing that is remarkable, she was actually the first ever published woman in Britain. That was something that she did during her time. Obviously, she even wrote certain texts that wouldn’t have been maybe approved by her husband. But that, to me, only proved the kind of impact she not only had on him, but also on the people and the people who read her written word.’
Meanwhile, Jude (born David) delighted in the fact that his English monarch character was an ’embittered and angry, festering toad of a man.’
Last month, Firebrand lost the coveted Palm d’Or prize to Sean Baker’s Brooklyn-set sex worker dramedy Anora during the Cannes Film Festival in France.
On May 17, Variety reported that Vikander will reunite with Law for Olivier Assayas’ Russian-set political thriller The Wizard of the Kremlin.
