Alex Jones took her seven-year-old son Teddy to work with her at BBC Broadcasting House on Tuesday after struggling with ‘mum guilt’.
The One Show star, 47, shared an adorable Instagram reel with her 400,000 followers, where she showed the youngster around the studio.
She candidly penned in the caption: ‘Took Ted to work yesterday. He’s been asking for ages to come and I think it’s important that he can imagine where I am at night because I’m not there to do bedtime very often.
Alex added: ‘The mum guilt is very real but yesterday was special.’
The presenter shares Teddy and her younger children, son Kit, five, and daughter Annie, three, with her husband Charlie Thomson, who she tied the knot with in 2015.

The sweet video saw the mother-of-three holding hands with Teddy as she led him around the iconic building, pointing out all of the sights.
Teddy also joined his mother in her dressing room, playing cards and getting his hair brushed as Alex got glammed up for the BBC show.
Elsewhere in the clip, Teddy seemed to be enjoying himself as he watched his mother at work on a TV screen.

The pictures come after Alex revealed she has re-located out of London after living in the same house for 11 years.
After her initial announcement in July, Alex shared that her and Charlie had decided they wanted a different environment for their children to grow up in.
Keeping her fans up to date on her move, she admitted in an Instagram video in July that it was an ’emotional’ time for her as she prepared to leave her former home.

Speaking the camera, she shared: ‘So here’s a bit of news: we’re moving home! Aggggh!
‘I’m finding it a little bit emotional.’
The presenter then showed off countless piles of boxes and went through sentimental bits such as a baby book and a children’s memory box.
Taking a trip down the memory lane she grabbed another huge box and said: ‘This one is a mammoth. It’s a children’s art work. And there’s tons of it.
Alex then displayed items she was giving away including a fluffy beanie and then brought out a party box.
As the presenter took over the gruelling packing task – she admitted candidly: ‘I don’t know myself. For the first time in my life I don’t know where my things are.’
