La Quinta Police charged the troubled 42-year-old – whose 0.15 blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit – with ‘driving under the influence with three or more priors within the last decade,’ according to TMZ.

Zachery – who posted a $50K bond – faces up to three years in prison for the alleged property damage he caused during his car accident, and he reportedly failed to stop to provide his name and address.

DailyMail.com previously published photos of Bryan – who started drinking when he was 14 – hitting up the bars at Applebee’s and Amigos in La Quinta, CA on February 20 – just three days after his arrest.

Last year, Zachery served seven days in Lane County Jail in Eugene, OR and was sentenced to 36 months of supervised probation for domestic violence against an unidentified woman on July 28.

In 2020, Bryan was sentenced to three years of bench probation and ordered to attend a batterer intervention program after being charged with domestic violence against his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright at the same sherriff’s office in Oregon.

Worryingly, The Guardians of Justice actor has three small children – daughter Kennedy, 2; and twins Parker + Sequoia, 10 months – from his three-year relationship with Cartwright.

‘I’ll always want what’s best for the father of my children,’ the 30-year-old model told Us Weekly on August 1.

‘Trauma can bring struggles in many shapes and forms. It’s a horrible situation that’s going to be spun in so many ways. I’ve learned firsthand the truth will never align with what’s been put out there. I ask everyone to please be respectful of our privacy for the sake of the children and our families so the healing process can begin.’

Zachery also fathered four children – twin daughters Gemma + Taylor, 9; daughter Jordana, 7; and son Pierce, 5 – during his 12-year marriage to high school sweetheart Carly Matros, who filed for divorce in 2020.

And THR has published an exposé last June accusing Bryan of earning $50K by running a fraudulent agriculture-technology start-up scheme.

Zachery first found fame playing Tim Allen’s onscreen son Brad Taylor in all eight seasons of the ABC sitcom Home Improvement spanning 1991–1999.

Bryan, who was born in Aurora, Colorado, has also appeared in the films True Heart and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
