revealed the painful results of her on Thursday after jetting to Turkey for surgery - as she becomes the latest star to go under the knife.

The former reality star, 31, was having the procedure done at Serene Cosmetics in Istanbul and afterwards was covered in bruises and had her face bandaged.

Before the surgery she admitted she was feeling 'nervous' but insisted that she was doing it purely for herself to 'feel better' while saying she will inevitably get trolled for sharing the details on social media.

She documented getting ready at her hotel in the morning and being marked up in the preparation ward. 

Her next Instagram Story slide showed her recovering as her face was taped up at the sides.
