Billi Mucklows Stunning Fitness Transformation Revealed!

showed off her fitness transformation in stunning bikini snaps after revealing she has lost a stone in weight.

The former star, 38, looked incredible in a pale pink two-piece as she posed up a storm in Ibiza.

Billi opened up about her fitness journey with Closer magazine, saying: 'Over the last year, I'd lost my way a little bit and lost my confidence.

'I wanted to look better, more toned, feel physically and mentally stronger and get to a better place.'

She added: 'I've been working out consistently for six months and it's been life-changing. I've gone from a size 12 to a size 8-10 and I feel great.'

Her personal trainer Ted Boswell shared a post about Billi's 'motivational' journey on Instagram.

He wrote: 'Since January, Billi has absolutely smashed it, and honestly, I couldn’t be prouder of her.

'In just a few months, she’s lost over a stone, dropped from a size 12/14 to a size 8, and completely transformed her shape, strength and confidence.

'When we first started training together, Billi was hip thrusting around 60kg. Fast forward to today and she’s now hitting 120kg — double where she started.

'But what makes me most proud isn’t the , the dress sizes or even the strength gains.

'It’s the person she’s become throughout the process. She’s shown up consistently. She’s trusted the process. She’s put in the work on the days she felt motivated and on the days she didn’t. She’s made herself a priority.

'No fad diets. No cutting out all her favourite foods. No spending hours in the gym every day.

'Just consistency, patience and a willingness to keep going when most people would have quit. The difference in her photos is incredible, but the difference in her confidence is even better to see.

'Billi, you should be unbelievably proud of yourself. Everything you’ve achieved has been earned, and it’s been a privilege to watch it happen.'

Back in March, Billi revealed she was 'rebuilding myself to be stronger than ever' as she shared a series of gym selfies on Instagram.

She showed off her toned physique in a plunging red sports bra and matching leggings after working out in her home gym. 

Fans told Billi she looked like she was 'glowing from the inside out'.

While others told her that her figure is the 'ultimate revenge' following the breakdown of her marriage to footballer Andy, 37, in 2024. 

The ex-Premier League star is now in a relationship with make-up artist Lou Teasdale, 42, after they reportedly met at Festival two years ago. 

But insiders fear Andy's new job as the manager of Dagenham & Redbridge football club could cause tension between himself and Lou.

The couple have jetted off on frequent holidays as the striker has had an injury since December. 

Andy is due to stand trial next January after pleading not guilty to breaching a non-molestation order, having been accused of repeatedly calling Billi, with whom he shares three children. 

A non-molestation order is handed out at civil court and designed to stop someone going near another person.

Breaching a non-molestation order can lead to a maximum of five years in prison.
