An Australia's Next Top Model star has quietly welcomed her first child with her entrepreneurial husband - who used to be one of 's most eligible bachelors.

Izi Simundic, who placed seventh on 'cycle nine' of the much-missed Fox8 reality show, tied the knot with multimillionaire Shant Kradjian in January.

Kradjian is a business executive best known as the founder of digiDirect, a major consumer electronics retailer that he established in 2006.

His profile rose in August 2024 when digiDirect bought beloved online bookseller Booktopia from administrators following its collapse

Simundic surprised fans last week by sharing a photo of the couple posing on a boat during their wedding.

In the caption, she simply wrote their wedding date, '26.01.26', before joking about the delayed announcement in the comments: 'Better six months late than never.'

In an exclusive development, the couple also welcomed their first child in the months following what the Mail understands was a destination wedding.

The pair managed to keep the pregnancy under wraps, with Simundic cleverly concealing her growing baby bump in a series of Instagram posts that, with hindsight, seem a dead giveaway.

In February, she attended an event with Hailey Bieber to promote her makeup brand, Rhode, .

However, a closer look at the comments gives the game away, as several of her friends remarked that she was 'glowing', while one even referred to her as a 'mama' recently.

Simundic and Kradjian announced their engagement in November 2025, with the bride-to-be sharing a loved-up photo of the pair at a restaurant and proudly showing off her sparkling diamond ring.

She later went on to launch a successful modelling career, appearing in commercials for major international fashion houses, including Dior, Cartier and Chaumet, as well as local brands, such as Bonds and Tiger Lily.

Simundic is also part of Bondi's exclusive 'It' girl group, alongside high-profile friends including 'nude artist' Dina Broadhurst, Pilates instructor Bernadette Sukkar, eyebrow queen Kristin Fisher, socialite Ruby Rose Joseph and celebrity gemologist Kate Bond.

Kradjian launched digiDirect two decades ago. In 2024, he was thrust into the spotlight when he snapped up struggling retailer Booktopia from administrators

that it was finally time for him to establish more of a public profile.

Given how beloved Booktopia was among Australian readers, he felt it was important for customers to know the man behind the acquisition.

'The Booktopia brand touched a lot more people than [the] digiDirect brand, so I thought it's probably worth me getting a little bit more in front of people,' he said.

'I don't particularly want to be in the limelight too much, but at least people have to understand that there's someone behind it [Booktopia] to invest and drive the business.'
