Whitney Leavitt told her fans about her upcoming departure from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

The 32-year-old  star made the announcement during her final Broadway performance of on Sunday.

In a clip published by TMZ, she was still in character onstage when she did a skit to share the news.

Leavitt was seen pointing out a sheet of paper another actor was holding.

Reading the message, she said: 'Oh, what is that? Let me see. Whitney Leavitt announces she's leaving The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.' 

Her revelation comes just weeks after she considered the future of the unscripted series when she broke her silence about .
