The exes, whose divorce was finalized in 2021, share daughter Pearl, 15, and son Dashiell Max Robert, 12.
Chapman began dating Oscar-winner Brody, 52, in 2019 and the actor has since taken on a fatherly role in the children's lives while Weinstein remains behind bars.
Brody shocked last year when he revealed in his acceptance speech for Best Actor that India and Dashiell fondly refer to him as 'Popsy.'
And in a new interview, Weinstein insisted to The Hollywood Reporter that he is 'happy' Brody has stepped up for his children.
