The TV and radio presenter, 40, is 5'11 and has said her weight typically sits at around 64kg (10.07st) and that she wears size 8-10 in clothes.

The mum-of-three documented every single meal and snack - from morning to night - for the first time in her latest YouTube vlog posted on Sunday.

She explained: ‘I’m going to show you what I eat in a day, and I would like to say that it’s a good day that I’m eating on. I switch up what I eat all the time and I'm not overly restrictive at all. I wouldn't even think I am restricted.'

Showing her first meal of the day, she said: 'OK, breakfast. One slice of sourdough toast - that Jason's one, which is delicious - with avocado, butter, chilli flakes and then two eggs, scrambled. Delicious...

Vogue, who is married to Made in Chelsea star turned fitness fanatic Spencer Matthews, 37, added that it was her second coffee of the day: ‘I’m trying to just stick to one or two'.

For lunch, Vogue had a bagel from London’s B Bagel topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese, pepper, cornichons and lemon, plus a Pepsi Max. She said: ‘A fizzy drink will always be part of my day. I’m going to be honest.'

The afternoon brought a string of snacks including an Activia strawberry kefir drink and two squares of a Cadbury Whole Nut bar.

‘I eat one chocolate bar a day that I bring back from Ireland because I just have to have chocolate every day,' she admitted. 'Whole Nut today. I've only had two squares so I can have more later with some decaf tea, yum.'

She later shared that she tucked into M&S houmous with Proper sweet sriracha chilli lentil chips. She said: 'I was going to do houmous and carrots, but that would be a lie, because I never had that. Too lazy. This is a snack of the gods.'

Dinner was a large portion of homemade lasagne - ‘not homemade by me,' she admitted, 'but still homemade’ – with tenderstem broccoli and chilli flakes. ‘Yes, I’m having that much,’ she said. ‘I might have more.’

The last thing she ate - while tucked up in bed - was a large bowl of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with yoghurt, muesli and agave syrup, made by husband Spencer.

‘I’m not going to lie, I was considering having a bowl of Special K and I said that just won’t look nice for my day of eating,’ she confessed. ‘But I do eat things like that.’

Vogue, who lives in South London with Spencer and their three children Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three, said what she eats is ‘probably the thing I get asked about the most’ but that she has avoided sharing it until now.

‘Everybody eats differently and metabolises things differently,’ she explained. ‘I am active a lot, so I’m much hungrier.’

She admitted her portions are ‘probably too big’ and said she eats more when she is training more. 'Basically, what I’m trying to say is, everything in moderation and everybody eats different amounts of different things and it just depends on your body.’

'I documented a day where I thought I was being very healthy. But my days change all the time. I switch up what I eat all the time and I'm not overly restrictive at all. I wouldn't even think I am restricted...

'Yesterday I was eating Doritos in bed at 10 o'clock and I was like, this is low. So you didn't see that, but I was trying to put up like a half decent healthy day...

'I don't want you to see me eating Doritos and having a Lucozade Sport at like 10 o'clock at night while I'm watching Yellowstone and I'm hungover.'

Vogue also candidly opened up about her takeaway habits, saying: ‘I eat a takeaway or two a week. Love Thai. Don’t love sushi at the moment, kind of gone off it.’

‘I’m ashamed to say I’ve had a couple of Domino’s this month. I would usually just have, like, a wood fired pizza, but then they [Domino's] kept mailing me because I just got like a hankerin’ for Domino’s. I said I need a Domino’s and I got one.’

Vogue also referenced her stint on I’m a Celebrity last November, where she was the third campmate to be voted out.

‘When I was in the jungle, I obviously wasn’t doing as much exercise so I wasn’t as hungry, even though every single second I felt starving because we just weren’t eating,’ she said. ‘We were having like 500 calories a day or something like that.’

She admitted after leaving the ITV reality series that she lost eight pounds during her 13-day stint on the show.

The Heart radio presenter, who exercises five to six times a week, has long been open about her approach to food.

She has said she follows an 80/20 rule for her diet, which involves eating healthy foods 80% of the time while allowing for indulgences for the remaining 20%.

Last summer, she told Closer magazine that she never eats salad as a main meal. ‘When people order salad for lunch, I’m like “you’re going to be hungry in half an hour!” I just can’t!’ she said.

She has also spoken on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me about experiencing disordered eating as a teenager.

She said: ‘I used to do that [dieting] bullsh*t, and it did make me have disordered eating,’ she said, adding that she now has a healthier relationship with food.
