The rift between exes  and Victoria Robinson continues to escalate, with both sides trading sharp allegations, as the Daily Mail has obtained shocking new details in the unfolding situation.

Robinson, 33, is planning to go through legal channels to reclaim the Los Angeles home she formerly shared with the  alum, 44, a source close to the model told the Daily Mail on Sunday, while insiders close to Sandoval said Robinson has already breached court-defined boundaries amid the tense situation.

The latest comes after a Los Angeles judge on Thursday issued a temporary restraining order against Robinson and her father Will Robinson in the wake of the frenetic June 3 exchange that led to the couple's breakup, and involvement of authorities.

An insider close to Sandoval told the Daily Mail that Victoria is being abusive even after she's been told she has to leave - by breaking the restraining order to extend her time at the home, then having a third party attempt to retrieve video equipment that has surveillance footage of the ongoings in the home.

Miguel told TMZ that he was speaking to Robinson via a speakerphone call, and a 'visibly distressed' Sandoval contacted 911 out of concerns they would try to enter the abode.

'Victoria sent Miguel to the home to retrieve a specific box she claimed contained her personal medication and a blanket,' the insider close to Sandoval told the Daily Mail. 'In fact, the box contained Tom’s exterior security camera equipment, the removal of which would have eliminated Tom’s ability to maintain surveillance around the property.'

Hours after the restraining order was granted on Thursday, TMZ obtained footage of the heated screaming match between Sandoval, Robinson and her father.

In a clip from the discussion, Sandoval was positioned by a door while Robinson and her father Will were seated.

The pair were arguing, with things escalating to a physical level when Tom asked Victoria if she had been filming the tense discussion, saying, 'Are you recording me right now?'

As he leaned into her personal space, her father got up and appeared to try to restrain Sandoval by grabbing his waist and pulling him away from her.

At that point, Sandoval appeared to use both hands to shove her father, leading him to fall into the active fire pit. Sandoval then retreated into the house, and was followed by her father.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 44, accused Robinson, a 33-year-old model, of abuse in a court filing reviewed by the Daily Mail on Thursday, claiming that she and her father Will Robinson attacked him at his Los Angeles home on June 3

He then was seen joining his daughter outside and said he 'threw me into the fire pit.'

Victoria's father Will told TMZ Thursday that 'the DA did not file the case for a reason,' presenting his side of the story.

Will told the outlet that the fall led him to seek medical attention that he will continue to need in the aftermath.

Will said that he contacted the authorities for the 'safety' of him and his daughter.

In a  Superior Court filing reviewed by the Daily Mail Thursday, Sandoval presented his account of the alleged incident.

Sandoval claimed in legal docs that Will Robinson 'grabbed my arms and shoulders and wrapped his arms around me,' leading him to feel 'trapped and violated.'

He added, 'I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall.

Sandoval claimed Will 'was the first person to put his hands' him, and at 'no point' did he physically pursue him.'

The St. Louis, native alleged in his court filing that he and Robinson were in a 'verbal disagreement,' at which point he realized she was filming him.

Sandoval further alleged that as tensions escalated, Robinson physically attacked him, hitting him in the head and face repeatedly, and leading to blurred vision with ear and neck injuries.

He included a series of images in the filing showing the physical damage he alleges to have suffered at the hands of Robinson.

Sandoval claimed that Robinson and her father had been living in his home at the time, and alleged her father got aggressive with him, at which point he locked himself into a room.

'During this same incident, [Will Robinson] grabbed me and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of my spare bedroom where I was barricading myself,' Sandoval said in the court filing.

He continued, 'Victoria then entered the spare bedroom and hit my face and temple area towards my hairline, which I captured on video.

'The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur.'

He said that he dealt with pain in his mouth for weeks after the attack, leading to a visit to the emergency room.

While doctors 'ruled out a fracture,' Sandoval claimed he remained unable to fully open his mouth or eat properly, leading to further medical evaluation.

He told the court that at that point he had contacted police, at which time Robinson was arrested, and released on bond later in the day.

Sandoval claimed that Robinson had previously 'perpetrated domestic abuse against' him by allegedly hitting him in the face and neck, 'throwing a full Gatorade bottle at' him, changing his social media passwords and tracking him with Airtags.

Sandoval said that he regrets allegedly helping bail Robinson out of jail after accepting a call from her and sending money to her mother.

He further alleged to the court that Robinson and her father had 'completely displaced' him from his rental residence, which he is still paying for.

'I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings,' Sandoval said in his Thursday court filing.

Sandoval said he has been residing with a friend and at multiple hotels in the weeks since the attack.

He had been 'requesting an immediate move-out order because [he] genuinely [feared] returning' to the home if Robinson and her father were present.

He added that he had 'no alternate long-term accommodations' in the meantime.
