Valerie Bertinelli opened up about body image while discussing her memoir with this month.

The 65-year-old former Food Network star's book, , was published on March 10.

And on the release day, she joined Barrymore in conversation at 92NY, where she opened up about her 'deformed' breasts.

She said, 'If you read the book, you’ll know that my boobs are deformed, and I talk very extensively and graphically about how deformed they are. I had four surgeries in 2024.'

Bertinelli exclaimed, 'My boobs suck, but I'm not dating, so it doesn’t matter,' before Barrymore emphasized that she's not dating 'yet.'

It comes after weeks ago the former actress revealed that she had a breast augmentation when she was in her late 20s.

In the pages of her book she writes about getting a boob job in the late '80s and having them removed in 2024.

'I liked it for a little while and then started to hate it,' she told People magazine ahead of the memoir's release date.

The media personality debuted a romance with writer Mike Goodnough in early 2024, but by November the pair split.

In a December 2024 Instagram photo, Bertineli posed wearing a black bra and underwear in a mirror selfie.

She captioned, 'At some point I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year.

'But right now every lump bump wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a hotel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.'

In anticipation of her book release, she said online in November 2025: 'It may feel like a scary experience letting it all hang out, physically and emotionally, for everyone to see (and judge), but for me, that’s the point.'
