Spelling's appearance comes on the heels of her emotional tribute to former partner Patrick Muldoon following his death at age 57.
The actress and reality star, who was involved in a horror car accident on April 2, less than three weeks before she lost her dear friend, dated the Days of Our Lives heartthrob in the mid-to-late 1990s.
