Tones And I has sparked a fresh wave of speculation about her ever-evolving look .

The couple, who wed in Bali in 2023, are said to have quietly parted ways earlier this year.

Since then, the artist (real name Toni Watson), 33, has been looking slimmer than ever, often posting images of herself wearing form-fitting ensembles that showcase her whittled-down frame.

The striking images have fuelled ongoing discussion about her transformation, which has been unfolding steadily over the past four years as the hitmaker’s style, figure and facial features have noticeably evolved.

Now, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon has weighed in on what may be behind the pop star’s changed look, suggesting a combination of weight loss and possible non-surgical cosmetic treatments could be contributing to her glow-up.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Cat Begovic said that based on photographs alone, several elements could be at play.

'Based solely on photographs and without having personally examined or treated Tones And I, it appears that the most significant contributor to her transformation is substantial ,' she said. 

'Significant weight loss alone can dramatically change the face by reducing facial fullness, revealing stronger bone structure, and creating a more defined jawline and neck contour.' 

However, Dr Begovic noted that the Dance Monkey hitmaker's changes appear to go beyond weight loss alone. 

'In addition to weight loss, there may be signs consistent with some non-surgical and possibly some cosmetic treatments. Her forehead

Dr Begovic explained that she has developed a special injection technique for her celebrity patients that gently lifts the eyebrows while looking natural and maintaining movement. 

'So this look could have been achieved with Botox alone or with a surgical brow lift,' she speculated. 

The expert also noted the singer appears to have higher cheekbones and fuller lips these days, possibly due to dermal fillers.   

'However, let's not forget that makeup, lighting, photography angles, and natural changes over time can also contribute to these differences and she has naturally beautiful bone structure,' she added.

Dr. Begovic also pointed to potential skin treatments and body contouring procedures.

'Her skin quality also appears brighter and more refined, which could be consistent with treatments such as laser resurfacing, chemical peels, radiofrequency skin tightening, or a professional skincare regimen,' she said. 

'Other surgical procedures could have been submental liposuction to enhance jawline definition. Also some photographs suggest she may have had something done to her breasts such as implants or a lift but based on the available photographs alone, there is not enough evidence to confidently suggest that surgery was performed.'

The surgeon also addressed the possible financial scale behind such a transformation, noting that costs can vary widely depending on treatment combinations and location.

'The cost of a transformation like this can vary dramatically depending on the treatments performed and geographic location. If someone underwent a combination of medically supervised weight loss, injectables, skin treatments, and ongoing maintenance, the total investment could range anywhere from USD$10,000 (AUD$14,000) to USD$50,000 (AUD$70,000) or more over time.'

If surgical procedures were added, costs could increase significantly beyond that range. 

'For example, liposuction typically ranges from approximately USD$3,000 (AUD$4,000) to USD$10,000 (AUD$14,000) per treatment area depending on the extent of treatment and the surgeon's expertise,' she said.  

'Breast augmentation with implants generally ranges from USD$8,000 (AUD$11,000) to USD$20,000 (AUD$28,000) or more, while a breast lift can range from USD$10,000 (AUD$14,000) to USD$25,000 (AUD$35,000) depending on complexity and whether it is combined with other procedures.'
