The split between Segura, 47, and Pazsitzky, 50, who host the Your Mom's House podcast, was described to TMZ as 'completely amicable' by an insider close to the situation.
The insider said that Segura and Pazsitzky 'had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids' in reference to their sons Ellis and Julian.
Segura and Pazsitzky, the insider told the outlet, parted ways in recent months, as they 'are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children.'
The pair, who wed in November of 2008, are the founders of YMH Studios, which features podcasts from comics such as Bert Kreischer, Ari Shaffir, Chris DiStefano and Yannis Pappas.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

She said in the special, 'Like I go from joy, to rage, to exhaustion, to exhilaration, every six seconds, every day.
'And just when I'm ready to throw that baby in the river, he smiles at me. Yeah, they smile at you with those little jack 'o lantern teeth. And you're filled with so much joy you have crazy thoughts. You're like, "Ah, I want 10 more!"'
