Cathy Chase, in a petition to be the estate's administrator filed July 8 in Superior Court and reviewed by the Daily Mail, said that her late daughter had $400,000 in assets at the time of her passing June 16.
Cathy said in the filing that Daveigh was 'unhoused but passed in Los Angeles County,' with her most recent known address in Chatsworth, .
It comes after it had been revealed that Chase's last year to find the actress, with a surfaced clip indicating that she had been staying .
In her petition, Cathy said that Daveigh died without a spouse or children, and was survived by both of her parents.
The Daily Mail has reached out to legal representatives for Cathy Chase for further comment on the story.

Cathy added, 'We were able to lay hands and pray. Technically, we were touching the glass, but it's as close as we could get, so we were able to lay hands and pray for her.
'It was a beautiful experience, and, I feel very blessed to have been able to share that with my daughter.'

Daveigh's father Schwallier told The New York Times last month that her death was the result of complications from bacterial meningitis and a blood infection.
He told the newspaper that Daveigh had been homeless in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, and had battled drug addiction since her early teens.
Daveigh had been estranged from both of her parents, Schwailler told the AP in a text message, adding that he was 'not surprised' about the AIDS diagnosis with 'her lifestyle' in mind.
Daveigh Chase was best known for her work in films such as The Ring and Lilo & Stitch, both of which had been released in 2002. The Las Vegas-born actress had previously appeared in the 2001 film Donnie Darko and 2003 series Oliver Beene.
