The TV presenter, 56, looked stunning as her then little girl Phoebe, 21, hugged her in the sweet snap as they wore matching white tops.
Both with their blonde locks styled loose, Tess and Phoebe, who , both beamed for the camera.

The TV presenter looked effortlessly chic during her trip to the States as she shared an array of snaps to Instagram.
She posed up a storm alongside her look-a-like daughter Phoebe and her youngest daughter Amber as they went sightseeing as a family.
Tess could be seen wearing a white jumper and blue jeans, which she paired with a Celine belt and Aviator sunglasses.
Meanwhile, Phoebe looked trendy with a pair of loose-fitting jeans, a black top and a fur-trimmed white jacket.
Tess looked happier than ever as she strolled the streets with Vernon and explored museums with Amber.
Alongside her post, she penned: 'I ❤️ NYC. Maximised every minute on a whirlwind half-term trip & fell in love with this magical city all over again.'
Phoebe revealed she had moved to New York City in January 2026.
She took to Instagram to share a snap of herself at a rooftop bar in the Big Apple.
It appears to be a temporary move for Phoebe, however, as she captioned the snap: 'Home for a while...'
It comes after Tess and her husband Vernon Kay shared the screen for the first time in nearly 20 years earlier this month when they guest hosted The One Show.
Tess and Vernon met when they were both working as up-and-coming presenters in separate shows on some of the country's biggest TV channels.
At the time, Vernon was a host on Channel 4's T4, and Tess presented SMTV on ITV on a Saturday morning.
