Teddi Mellencamp Thrives After Stage IV Cancer Battle

On Tuesday, Teddi Mellencamp looked healthy while modeling a white trench coat one year into her stage IV cancer battle.

But the 44-year-old RHOBH alum - who boasts 1.4 million social media followers - captioned her Instastory: 'When you feel bad but you are trying your hardest to fake it.'

Mellencamp noted her outerwear was 'sold out' but recommended fans purchase the $298 Naked Wardrobe 'Vegan Leather Trench Coat' as a 'great dupe.'

The Two Ts in a Podcaster had 'no detectable cancer' in her body as recently as last October, but she still had another year of immunotherapy treatments.

'A year ago today I went into the ER thinking I had migraines and within 24 hours was having surgery on the plum-sized stage 4 tumors on my brain,' Mellencamp wrote on Instagram February 9.

'I have a lot of anxiety surrounding today but also a lot of gratitude. Gratitude for the doctors and nurses who took care of me, gratitude for my family and friends for supporting me and gratitude for all the love that you have poured into me. Trust your instincts. Get checked.'

The nepo baby of John Mellencamp - whose illness originated as melanoma in 2022 - revealed her Indiana-based famous father 'sees the highs and lows' of her recovery.

'I mean, he checks on me every single day on the phone,' Mellencamp told Fox News Digital on February 7.

'And there are some days where I'm laughing, and I'm having the best time, and there's some days when I'm crying, and I feel like I don't know how I'm going to do this another day.'

The Bravo-lebrity added: 'I think he wants to be there for them [her kids] and he knows that he lives far away. But lucky for him, I have a great support of friends out here.'

The 74-year-old Grammy winner was by Mellencamp's side on February 4 when she was unmasked as Calla Lily and eliminated off Fox competition The Masked Singer after performing a 'shaky' cover of his biggest hit song Jack & Diane.

Jack & Diane spent four weeks on the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1982, launching John's 40-year career and subsequent formation of the organization Farm Aid.

On February 25, the avid equestrian and her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave will celebrate the sixth birthday of their daughter Dove.

Mellencamp and the 48-year-old Skyline Security CEO also co-parent daughter Slate, 13; and son Cruz, 11; as well as his daughter Bella, 17 (with ex Christina Mecklenburg).

The Pfizer paid partner and Arroyave continue to share their $6.5M Encino marital home after pausing their divorce due to her ailing health.

The former couple's 13-year marriage reportedly crumbled after her rumored months-long affair with her horse trainer Simon Schröeder (while his wife Karli Postel was pregnant with their second child).

Postel reportedly 'found text messages on Simon's phone that exposed the affair' and they confessed when she confronted them about it.

'I've never talked about it at all, just because of the kids,' Mellencamp confirmed on The Jamie Kern Lima Show August 5.

'And I've never wanted anybody to have a guarantee whether it happened or didn't happen, but what I can say is, did I do things that hurt other people? Yes.'

The RHOC guest star continued: 'To this day, does it still hurt my heart and I wonder if that's why I got cancer? Yes, like it was my payback...nothing goes without payment.'
