Sydney James Harcourt Opens Up About Passionate Affair

One of 's former flings has opened up about his 'mad, passionate lust affair' with the Watch What Happens Live host. 

Broadway star  James Harcourt dished all the details of his steamy sex life with Cohen, 57, in an interview with the Dads and Daddies podcast.

Stressing that their tryst was more than just a one night stand, Harcourt revealed that the pair saw each other on and off for 'at least a year and a half' after initially meeting on Craigslist.

He also confirmed that their romance took place when Cohen was still working as a behind-the-scenes producer at Bravo, long before he became famous.   

'It was a Craigslist thing and it was a really good one,' Harcourt said.

'He came to my apartment the first time, and then the vibe was fun. He's different than his TV persona,' he continued. 

'I just knew that he was hot and man, the sex was really, really great.'

Cohen confirmed the fling with Harcourt on his SiriusXM show Radio Andy in 2024, shortly after Harcourt appeared on Watch What Happens Live as a guest bartender.

'I met him many years ago and we had a mad passionate love affair — lust affair,' he said.

'I met him on Craigslist. Now, he, all these years later, winds up bartending on Watch What Happens Live last week. It was the episode that I kind of stroked out on.'

In a surprising twist, Cohen's ex-boyfriend and Radio Andy co-host John Hill confirmed that he too had hooked up with Harcourt.

'I know him in the Biblical sense,' Hill said, to which Cohen replied, 'I do too, girl.'

Cohen is to son Ben and daughter Lucy. 

The TV personality is known for dating around and previously bragged, 'I date people half my age all of the time!'

Last year, during an interview on Call Her Daddy, Cohen said that he uses dating apps to find people to date and sleep with.

'I'm on every app. Grindr, Scruff, Raya, Hinge... Craigslist used to be the place where we hooked up,' he told host Alex Cooper. 

'Craigslist was Grindr before there was Grindr!' he added.

'I meet two kinds of people: People that I want to sleep with and people that I want to date.'

He also clarified that he wasn't looking for a 'slurpy twink' and that his dating priorities have changed since becoming father. 

Describing his type, Cohen said that he dates all different races of men and is attracted to guys that are 'strong, independent, smart, handsome.'

In a 2023 interview on Isaac Mizrahi‘s iHeartPodcast podcast Hello Isaac, Cohen confirmed that he likes to take on a dominant role in the bedroom.

'I’m a top,' he said. 'I wish that I could... I need to loosen up as they say.' 

However, he gave a more nuanced response on the subject in a 2018 interview with Attitude magazine.

'The truth about today is that everybody's topped and everybody's bottomed at one point in life; it's more of an open playing field,' he said. 

Cohen has generally kept his romantic relationships out of the spotlight.

In addition to his three-year relationship with John Hill in the early 2000s, the only other serious romance that Cohen has made public is with his ex-boyfriend Clifton Dassuncao.

Cohen dated the handsome Harvard graduate, who was 19 years his junior, from 2016 to 2018.
