The 42-year-old reality star, known as the 'villain' of MTV's The Hills in the late 2000s, took offense when Conrad was asked on the show if she'd vote for him for mayor and evaded the question by saying she doesn't live in LA.
'Pretty sure LC would vote for me if she lived in LA and her kids had to walk over fentanyl zombies and human poop on their way to school,' Pratt wrote on X, adding, 'I’m just saying.'
Pratt made headlines when he announced his run for Los Angeles mayor on January 7, exactly one year after his house burned down to the ground in the disastrous Palisades wildfire.
His platform has focused on blaming LA mayor and the city government's response to the fire, citing mismanagement of fire safety.
Conrad isn't the first former co-star to avoid supporting Pratt, as his own sister posted on social media that but the fashion designer clearly touched a nerve.

It all started when Conrad, 40, reunited with her Laguna Beach co-stars Kristin Cavallari, 39, and Stephen Colletti, 40, on the Today show with Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones.
The conversation soon turned to Pratt and all three were asked if they will vote for the highly outspoken TV personality in the upcoming Los Angeles mayoral election on June 2.
'Well, I’m not a resident of Los Angeles,' Conrad countered as Colletti added, 'We're in Orange County.'

Conrad's past friendship with Heidi Montag (pictured with Pratt on March 8) deteriorated years ago over her dislike for Pratt

The feud stemmed from allegations that Pratt and his then-girlfriend - and later wife - Heidi Montag spread rumors that Conrad and her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler had made a sex tape.
Conrad denied the sex tape rumors, calling them false and 'sick.' She accused Pratt and Montag of spreading the story to damage her reputation.
'You know what you did,' Conrad told Montag in the season three premiere of The Hills.
The girls had been BFFs but their friendship deteriorated over Conrad's intense dislike of Montag's boyfriend, calling Pratt a 'sucky' person. It became a central storyline on the reality show.
Conrad left the show during the first half of season five to focus on her fashion career, admitting later on Whitney Port’s 'With Whit' podcast that she needed to 'emotionally recover' from The Hills.

While Pratt and Montag returned for The Hills: New Beginnings from 2019 to 2021, Conrad was not involved in the reboot.
Meanwhile, Pratt revealed his plan to run for mayor of the city while attending the They Let Us Burn! protest in the Palisades earlier this year.
'The system in Los Angeles isn't struggling, it's fundamentally broken,' he said in a speech. 'It is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favors with while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash.

'Business as usual is a death sentence for Los Angeles, and I'm done waiting for someone to take real action.
'That's why I am running for mayor. And let me be clear, this just isn't a campaign, this is a mission, and we're gonna expose the system.
'They intentionally let us burn before, during and after. There was no accountability. It was gross negligence. They let this happen.'
Pratt, who has two kids with Montag, added, 'It wasn't a natural disaster or something that was unavoidable. It was their fault, and we need the accountability we deserve.'
