Grainge and the 30-year-old Englishman announced they were going to have a daughter on January 25 in a TikTok video captioned: ‘We can’t wait to meet you baby girl.’
But first, the LA socialite and Elliot – who began their romance in 2021 – will celebrate their first wedding anniversary on April 22.
