It comes after LaBeoufon Thursday after making a court appearance.
He is now required to check into rehab and undergo regular drug and testing.

Before Thursday's hearing, New Orleans Criminal District Court Judge Simone Levine ordered LaBeouf to take a drug and alcohol test, which Levin said found 'evidence of past substance use in the actor’s system.'
Per Nola.com, Levine said 'LaBeouf is taking a prescription that could be responsible for one of the substances found in his system' and that her biggest concern is his alcohol use.

Authorities said the Mardi Gras situation escalated when LaBeouf returned to the scene and allegedly assaulted the same victim again before punching a second man in the nose.
