Pop superstar suffered a nasty fall when performing live on stage this weekend.
The 49-year-old songstress was performing her hit Si Te Vas from her fourth album Dónde Están los Ladrones? when she tumbled over.
In the clip, Shakira bowed to her fans before running across the stage and out of nowhere crashed to the floor.
She then immediately got to her feet like a true pro as she told the crowd: 'Ouch, what a fall!'
The unfortunate tumble took place at the Jorge El Mágico González National Stadium in the El Salvadorian capital San Salvador on Saturday night.
Shakira kicked off the latest leg of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour in the Central American country with five dates.

She later shared a clip on the fall to her Story and told her fans 'not to worry' as she is 'made of rubber'.

She opened the show on Saturday and performed at the same stadium the following night.
She will return for shows on 12, 14 and 15 February before travelling to Mexico.

Fans praised her professionalism for continuing with the show after apparently suffering a painful fall.
One local said: 'Shakira has overcome worse falls and always manages to rise like a phoenix! Poor thing but that can happen to anyone, let's go Shakira!'
Another added: 'Super agile in getting up quickly and continuing the show.'
This wasn't Shakira's only accident during her current World Tour.
On 20 May last year, she fell over while performing Whenever, Wherever in Montreal, Canada.
Afterwards, she wrote on social media: 'No one is immune to falls.'

It comes after last December Shakira became emotional as she was joined on stage by her sons Milan and Sasha for a live performance in Argentina.
The singer performed her 2023 song Acróstico (Acrostic in English) which features vocals from her sons.
Milan, 12, and Sasha, 10, wore identical light blue suits for their performance and were greeted with cheers from the crowd when they stepped on stage.

Milan gave his mother a kiss on the cheek and Sasha waved the crowd after they finished the song.
The song Acróstico is an open letter of love to Shakira's children. It is constructed so the first letter of each line, taken consecutively, form words.
