The Rare Beauty founder - who boasts 608.8 million social media followers - dedicated six Instagram stories to her former frenemy, writing: 'I am in tears. @ddlovato - this was hands down one of the best shows. Oh and the VOCALS? Psh *blown away.*'

Lovato replied with two happy tear emojis, writing via Instagram story: 'Thank you so much for coming! Loved seeing you.'

The homeschooled millennials famously kickstarted their careers in 2002 by co-starring as Angela and Gianna on the children's show Barney & Friends.
