Ricki-Lee Coulter has revealed the very surprising way she enjoys eating her pizza.

The Australian singer, 38, took to Instagram to share how she likes to eat the Italian dish from her bed while naked and ‘super moisturised’.

On Monday evening, Ricki-Lee had just returned home from a show when she posted a picture of a half-eaten pizza slice.

In November, the Nova radio host explained how her tumultuous year has been both challenging yet rewarding as she struggles to ‘juggle everything’.

‘Feeling so loved! This year has been the hardest year of the last 20 years of my career. Trying to juggle everything and fit it ALL in certainly hasn’t been easy,’ she began.

‘Putting music out through your own label means that the buck stops with you… there’s nobody to make the decisions for you.’

‘Like anyone who runs their own business…you are THE decision maker, the planner, the organiser, the one that has to think about every scenario and make educated decisions on what the best thing to do is, and then the one who has to put all those things into place and make sure all the boxes are ticked and everything gets done.’

‘But I’m also the artist – working on the creative side, making the music, writing the songs and getting the production perfect and getting the artwork and imagery and music videos looking amazing and epic!’ she continued.

The star also pointed out her busy schedule, noting her roles as host of Australian Idol and her Nova radio show, which she hosts alongside Joel Creasey and Tim Blackwell from 4pm to 6pm.
