According to the publication, Belland's lawsuit says that Anstead, 46, was the person listed on the rental lease.
She's said to have alleged that she suffered an injury when she visited the house on August 14, 2024.
In response, Zellweger, 56, and Anstead have denied any responsibility for Belland's alleged injuries and instead claim that her alleged negligence led to the fall.

During the visit, Belland allegedly tripped and suffered a painful fall on the home's patio.
According to TMZ, Belland claims in her lawsuit — which is said to be ongoing — that a 'thin rug had been placed over a hole, which caused her to stumble over the uneven surface, resulting in an injury to her right knee.'
Belland reportedly claims that her injuries were severe enough to warrant getting medical treatment.

According to the publication, she claims in her filing that she expects to have ongoing pain related to the alleged injury.
Belland is reportedly seeking unspecified damages, and she also wants the defendants to cover her medical costs related to the alleged fall, as well as other expenses incurred in the aftermath.
The lawsuit has a complication, as Belland reportedly included the owner of the rental home as a defendant.
According to TMZ, the owner then filed his own cross-complaint against Zellweger and Anstead.
The owner reportedly denies having put Belland at risk of injury, and he instead claims that Zellweger and Anstead were responsible for warning her about any potential structural issues of the property.
