Law enforcement reported to the home of Frankie Valli on Sunday amid reports a has against son Francesco had been violated.

Officers with the Police Department reported to the home of the famed entertainer, 92, after receiving a report Francesco, 38, had shown up, police told TMZ Monday.

Francesco's presence breached a restraining order the Grease singer has had in place since 2024 and is extended through next year, according to court records. 

Francesco had departed the scene by the time police arrived at the home of his father, who played the role of boss Rusty Millio on The Sopranos.

No arrests were made in the incident, police told the outlet.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Valli's representative and the LAPD for further details on Sunday's events.

Francesco's presence breached a restraining order the Grease singer has had in place since 2024 and is extended through next year 

A representative for , described the incident to TMZ as a 'private family matter' which had been taken care of prior to authorities showing up.

Valli in the fall of 2024 responded to online speculation about his health, after a series of his performances went viral, with people wondering if he was alright.
