The 46-year-old Playboy veteran, who recently , discussed the topic during an appearance on Wednesday's episode of the Derm Approved podcast.
The TV personality explained that she made the decision to have the procedure after welcoming children Rainbow, 13, and Forest, nine, whom she shares with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella.

'I've had a lower facelift on my jawline. I'm really happy I got it done,' she told host Dr. Shelia Farhang, before adding that she has also done 'a little ' underneath her chin.
'I just felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my second pregnancy. And there was just nothing I could do,' Madison further explained while motioning to her jaw.
She added that, 'There were no lasers or anything that could really do what I wanted it to do so I found somebody whose before-and-afters I really loved.'

Madison expressed that she chose to keep the procedure minimal so she didn't go 'too far.'
'I'd rather have it not go far enough and then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far and I'm looking like the Joker.'

'I went to this guy named Dr. Manus, he's a surgeon in Los Angeles, on Sunset Boulevard, and I had this done five years ago, so it doesn't last forever.'
Madison continued, 'It lasts a good three years, and then I started to notice cellulite coming back and then it just got to the point five years later, where I decided I wanted to do it again.'
She explained the procedure is not painful and can be done in less than an hour.

'Cellulite is totally normal, ever woman has it, so don't you feel like you need to do anything. I just do a lot of photoshoots.'
Madison has also gotten candid about her struggles with body dysmorphia.
'I would definitely say that living in the mansion created a body dysmorphia for me because I was always kind of wondering what's wrong with me,' she told People in 2023.
Back in 2024 on her Girls Next Level podcast, Madison revealed that she also had her cellulite surgically removed in the past; seen in 2011 in Las Vegas

She added that Hefner 'had a way of making me feel like I wasn't pretty enough, and I would look around to everybody else and constantly be wondering, what's so different about them and why are they so much better?'
The media personality would often ask herself questions, explaining that, 'It was constantly like, what can I do? What can I do? What can I change? How can I look better?'
Madison, who has undergone a nose job and breast augmentation in the past, also talked about the impact it had on her own confidence.
'I could be looking like a plastic surgery nightmare right now! Because it was just constantly me wondering, what's wrong with me? What's wrong with me?'
