Phoebe Dynevor and Patrick Schwarzenegger Share Kiss!

shared a passionate kiss with her co-star as they filmed new romcom Beach Read in Toronto on Tuesday.

The duo were spotted smooching on set of the highly-anticipated adaptation of Emily Henry's romance novel.

Phoebe, who reached stardom as Daphne in Netflix's Bridgerton, will take on the part of romance writer January Andrews.

January ultimately develops feelings for Gus Everett, whose character will be played by Patrick.

Phoebe, 31, was swept off her feet as she shared a steamy embrace with Patrick, 32, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger. 

First released in 2020, the story centres on two authors and former university competitors who cross paths again unexpectedly, embarking on a literary duel whilst vowing to resist any romantic entanglement. 

The film synopsis states: 'Beach Read is a romantic comedy following January Andrews, a successful romance novelist who struggles with grief and writer's block after her father's death and the discovery of secrets he's long kept hidden.

'While spending the summer in his Michigan beach house to prepare it for sale, she unexpectedly reconnects with Gus Everett, an author who was once her rival in college.

'Both creatively stuck, they agree to a writing challenge over the summer, swapping literary genres while promising that there will be no romance between them. Of course, you know what they say about the best-laid plans.'

Phoebe recently revealed why she hasn’t been in  since series two, and whether she plans to return.

Since landing on the box in 2020, the series has gone on to become a global hit, with Phoebe returning for its second season before stepping away.

'When the first season came out, they didn't know what they needed to put in play. We were the ones that got away, in a certain way,' she told Collider.

She continued: 'I can only speak for myself, I would always come back if I was asked. 

'I have not received a call. When I get that call, I will be there if I can.'

Bridgerton, based on Julia Quinn's book of the same name, first hit our screens in 2020.

There have been four successful series since then, with the latest airing earlier this year in January.
