Records lodged with Companies House in London confirm that Tyson Luke Fury, 37, as the ultimate beneficial owner of Tyson Fury Ltd, became 'usually resident' in the island as of December 1 this year.

The same change has been notified for his wife, Paris, 36, as the beneficial owner of Paris Fury Ltd.

The multiple major heavyweight title winner – worth £160m - and his family had been spotted at various locations around the island in the run-up to the move.

These included him having a drink in the Peveril boozer in Peel.

The move to the island was so he could benefit from more favourable tax conditions.

It was driven by a desire to avoid high mainland UK taxes, specifically following changes to property taxes, with the Isle of Man offering a top income tax rate of 21% and a tax cap of £220,000.

That is far lower than the 40-45% often paid in the UK, and it also imposes no capital gains or inheritance taxes.

The couple often keep fans up to date on their lives on social media, such as August last year when they tied the knot for the third time during a romantic ceremony in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in the South of France.

Paris and Tyson first married in 2008 at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Doncaster, South Yorkshire when she was just 19 and he was 21 before they later renewed their vows in April 2013 in New York City.

Tyson met Paris met when she was 15, and they didn't start dating until after Paris' 16th birthday.

Speaking about renewing their vows in January Paris told OK!: 'I don't want a big ceremony or a big wedding, I'd like something private with just me and him.

'It'll be nice to reaffirm our vows. If he had his way he'd have it like a circus – a whole Big Fat Gypsy Wedding again! But I think I'll go subtle.'

The couple's first wedding almost didn't happen after Tyson told Paris he wanted to rearrange their big day so he could compete in the Olympics.

She wrote in her book, Love and Fury: 'My fiancé clearly didn’t understand the amount of planning and organisation that went into a wedding.

'It was one conflict after another and after an ugly slanging match with him outside Mam's house, I decided to call time on the wedding and our relationship.'

The break-up was short-lived as Tyson sent an emotional text while he was holidaying in Ibiza.
