Nicholas Hoult appears to confirm he has secretly married long-term love Bryana Holly as he makes rare comment about the model

Nicholas Hoult has seemingly confirmed he has secretly married long-time partner Bryana Holly.

The actor, 34, previously sparked speculation that he’d tied the knot with the model, 31, last year when they were spotted wearing wedding bands at Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae’s wedding, though nothing was confirmed.

However, speaking about his new horror film Nosferatu at the Governors Awards on Sunday, Nicholas appeared to verify the marriage rumours after referring to Bryanna as his ‘wife’.

Speaking to E! News on the red carpet, the star made a rare comment about Bryana, remarking: ‘Afterwards, I remember I had my wife’s nails imprinted on my hand. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, this was tense.”

MailOnline have contacted representatives of Nicholas for comment.  

The couple, who rarely make public appearances together, officially began dating in 2016 after meeting in Los Angeles.

They share son Joaquin, six, and another child born in 2022. 

Nicholas went on to give an insight into family life as he revealed he’s looking forward to celebrating the festive season – with a funny family tradition.

He added to the publication: ‘I play this really silly game where you have to roll dice and when someone gets a six, they have to put on oven gloves, a hat, a scarf, and then grab a knife and fork and try and eat the chocolate bar, and eat as much as they can of the chocolate bar before the next person in the circle rolls a six. It’s fun game.’

Nicholas and Bryana first sparked marriage speculation as they attended the star-studded wedding of Anna and Malcom in Venice in October last year.  

Nicholas  – who shot to fame as an adorable child star opposite Hugh Grant in About A Boy – and the blonde beauty both sported gold wedding bands on their fingers. 

Back in 2018 Nicholas became a father for the first time after welcoming his first child – son Joaquin – with Bryana, after just one year of dating.

Nicolas told the Evening Standard in 2019 his ‘levels of tiredness are extreme’ after he became a father for the first time.

He said: ‘No one warns you about it! But the level of love that comes with it outweighs everything. It’s phenomenal.

‘I’m loving it. And it evolves all the time. They change so much, every day is different. It fills you up as a human completely.’ 

While in 2020 he revealed he’s relishing the challenges of fatherhood, and is actually enjoying being at home with his family due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Speaking on The Late Late Show with James Corden, he said: ‘I’m loving it. It’s mad. It’s a learning curve, isn’t it? There’s a lot to take in.

‘But overall, it’s like that time again, it brings back a lot of memories of your childhood. 

‘It makes you play again – which I’m really enjoying, particularly with this time now with everything shut down and not having to work I’m kind of just playing trains all day. Yeah, it’s great.’

Meanwhile, Bryana previously dated Five Seconds of Summer star Aston Irwin and Brody Jenner, the step-brother of American socialite Kim Kardashian, with whom she regularly featured on Kim’s popular fly-on-the-wall reality show.

The couple dated for several months in 2013 before a dramatic falling out at the annual Playboy Mansion Halloween party.
