She signed with 'From You with the Sad Eyes,' a reference to the title of her upcoming memoir You With The Sad Eyes, which will be released on March 3

Applegate is best known for starring on Fox's politically incorrect comedy Married... With Children from 1987 to 1997. She played Kelly Bundy, the air-headed daughter of Al and Peggy Bundy; pictured with costars Katey Sagal, Ed O'Neill and David Faustino

Applegate also starred in the comedy classic Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (pictured; 2004) with Will Ferrell, along with other hit comedies

The show was the first live-action sitcom on the fledgling Fox network, and it became one of the longest-running sitcoms of all time, partly because the network had few others shows to run for much of the '80s and early '90s.

However, Married... With Children is now regarded as a classic TV comedy despite receiving poor reviews at the time.

Applegate then led the NBC sitcom Jesse from 1998 to 2000, and later starred on Samantha Who? from 2007 to 2009.

After announcing her MS diagnosis in 2021, Applegate struggled to finish filming the third and final season of her Netflix series Dead To Me. Since then she has stepped back from Hollywood; pictured in June 2023 in LA

On Monday, Applegate announced that she was involved in the creation of a new online platform that allows people with MS to share their experiences

She said the new platform, Next in MS, would be a site for her to share 'what I'm thinking, the questions I'm asking, the people I'm talking to and what I learn along the way'

The new platform, Next in MS, was created in partnership with the pharmaceutical company TG Therapeutics, according to its website.

'Living with multiple sclerosis isn't easy — I've been open about that for a long time,' Applegate said in an introductory video on the service. 'The hard days, the frustration, the moments where things don't always make sense. But I'm at a point where I want to talk about something else too. I'm at a point where I want to talk about what comes next.
