Most Complained About Contestant in Love Island History Hints at Return in All Stars Series Just Days Before Premiere

Love Island’s most complained-about contestant, Faye Winter, dropped a huge hint that she might be joining the All Stars series in January.

Despite receiving a record breaking 24, 763 Ofcom complaints in 2021 over her expletive-filled row with ex Teddy Soares, the Devon beauty seems open to a return in the hop of finding love again in the villa.

Talking to The Sun, Faye, 28, who appeared on Celebrity MasterChef: Christmas Cook Off this week, acknowledged the possibility of a comeback, pondering if the UK public is ready to see her again.

She said: ‘They keep trying to throw me back in don’t they. Are the UK public ready though? That’s the thing, am I forgiven? Until I’m forgiven I don’t know.

‘I’m still the most complained about Love Islander ever.

‘It’s one of those things, when the time comes and I have to get on a flight and go, then I’ll make the decision.’

While rumours about her potential return to Love Island circulate, Faye expressed her optimism about finding her ‘dream man on a dog walk’ rather than resorting to dating apps.

And despite her infamous temper on the show, she asserted that if she returned, she wouldn’t change a thing and would continue to ‘be herself’.

Thousands of viewers took to the media watchdog to express their upset at the Friday 6th August episode in 20201 where she let rip at Teddy, 30, in a furious rant after watching a clip of him in Casa Amor.

The rant was branded ‘horrendous’, ‘abusive’, and ‘gaslighting’ by fans of the show – and resulted in the most expletive-ridden episode ever, with reports that contestants swore 125 times, while Faye is said to have said ‘f**k’ 57 times.

Faye, who split from her dating show partner Teddy in February of the same year, revealed it was her intention to take a year off from dating and focus on self-discovery and ‘building on herself’.

She emphasised her current happiness and questioned the idea of reintroducing chaos into her life.

The All Stars edition, hosted by Maya Jama was announced in September to celebrate a decade of Love Island.

The ITV2 show, which released a brand new teaser earlier this month, is expected to feature Love Island alumni across the globe continuing their quest to find their dream partner.

Rumours have been rife surrounding which Love Island alumni could be returning to the villa, with rumoured names including Ovie Soko and Michael Griffiths.

Paige Thorne has also reportedly signed up for the All Stars series, despite being linked to rapper Formz.

Other names rumoured to be taking part include Chloe Burrows and Joe Garratt.

It comes after viewers saw Sammy Root and Jess Harding crowned winners of Love Island’s summer series in July, though the couple have since split.
