Morgan Spector Joins Rebecca Hall at Bezos Met Gala

Rebecca Hall flashed her midriff in a tailored jacket as she joined her husband Morgan Spector at the Met Gala 2026 in New York on Monday night.

The British actress, 44, joined a sea of famous faces at the star-studded event where she showed off her incredible figure in the sparkly sequin jacket which was teamed with a stylish low rise skirt.

The Gilded Age star Morgan, 45, meanwhile looked smart in a matching black look as he held his stunning wife's hand.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit, also known as the , falls on the first Monday in May every year, and this year is controversially sponsored by billionaire  and his wife .

Morgan's attendance at the Met Gala may seem a little hypocritical given last year he publicly criticised the existence of billionaires, arguing that such extreme wealth concentration is 'contradictory to democracy'.

Morgan, who plays wealthy tycoon in the drama The Gilded Age, called out the immense influence billionaires hold.

The likes of Meryl Streep and Zendaya reportedly aren't attending the Met this year due to Jeff and Lauren's links to it. 

The theme of this year's event - widely considered the  of celebrity red carpets - is 'Costume Art', while the dress code is 'Fashion Is Art.' 

The dress code calls on the A-list attendees to explore how designers use the human body as a blank canvas. 

Leading the charge is a powerhouse trio of co-chairs, with , and  joining forces with Vogue's global editorial director  to oversee fashion's biggest night. 

It's the first time tennis superstar Williams has co-chaired the gala. Kidman previously co-chaired the star-studded event in 2003 as well as 2005, and Beyonce was an honorary chair in 2013.

The  museum will pair historical and contemporary garments from the Costume Institute for the exhibition, which will be loosely divided into three categories, including the classical and the nude body, ageing and pregnant bodies, and the anatomical body. 

The exhibit - set to unveil sprawling new Conde M. Nast Galleries - has been made possible by Amazon founder and his wife , who are the lead sponsors and honorary co-chairs. 

'The title 'Costume Art' refers to the history of the costume institute,' Andrew Bolton, the Costume Institute's curator, said at a press conference.

Bolton, who selects the theme, said fashion has 'the status of art because of, and not in spite of, its relation to the body.'

French luxury fashion house Yves Saint Laurent is also sponsoring the exhibit.
