The 50-year-old nepo dad was arrested in Lafayette, Louisiana back on July 27, 2025 for allegedly exposing his genitals.
According to a court document obtained by Daily Mail, Lopez was taken into custody by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff for allegedly 'exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive.'
Daily Mail reached out to Lopez who declined to comment and also reached out to Rae's representatives for comment and have yet to hear back.
The alleged incident occurred on August 31, 2024.
The charges are listed as felony obscenity and a sex and his bond was listed as $2,500.
