It was revealed earlier in the day that Winterwatch has been axed by the , to make way for a new year-round podcast called Naturewatch.

Winterwatch was launched in 2012 and was initially hosted by Chris Packham and Kate Humble, before Michaela replaced the latter in 2013.
Springwatch is set to return for three weeks in May 2027.
Meanwhile, Michaela recently opened up about her relationship with Chris, and explained how she's remained so enthusiastic for so many years.
The TV host explained to the Radio Times magazine: 'People often ask, 'How have you lasted so long?' You've got to turn the volume up a bit, but, ultimately, you have to be authentic.

Michaela feared Chris would 'hate' her before they met on The Really Wild Show.
The TV star remembered thinking that they'd struggle to form a successful, long-term partnership.
She recalled: 'What Chris and I have is unique and special.
'When I first met him, I thought he was going to hate me. He was funky, edgy, a geek. He liked the Clash, I liked Kylie. I thought, 'Jeez, how's this going to work?''
