She put on a striking display as she wore dark green and blue tartan coat-style dress featuring a balloon design skirt with 'Happy Late Birthday' written on the back.
As she got to the end of the runway, Mel B pulled open the coat to show off her leopard print plunging bra before sticking her tongue out.
She paired the ensemble with light blue fluffy studded stilettos and a pearl chunky necklace with the word 'Lucky'.
Scary Spice was supported at the event by her daughter Phoenix Brown, who wore a tartan skirt with a navy satin cami top.

Her appearance comes days after it was reported the Spice Girls reunion plans have been axed amid growing tensions between the girl band.

Suzanne Mackie, producer of royal drama The Crown, was developing the project, with a script being written by Jack Rooke, who won a Bafta for Channel 4 comedy Big Boys.
A documentary on the band, whose debut single Wannabe was released in June 1996, was also supposed to be in the works with Netflix, but that is so far unconfirmed.

Crossing her fingers, she said: 'I remain optimistic. It's our thirtieth anniversary next year. We toured in 2019, we did a few stadium shows in the UK and it was incredible.
'We're just so proud of the legacy that we have and we have fans now from new generations are just loving the Spice Girls so I would like to get back on stage with the girls. We're talking and we're seeing what opportunities are out there. The thing that stops us is we feel so precious about it, we want to make sure it's the right thing and agree on the right thing.'
