Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis appear to be visualizing a new lifestyle as they were seen checking out an apartment in New York's Upper East Side on Friday.
The couple were spotted leaving one luxury building where several units are for sale, as reported by Realtor.com.
They were bundled up in winter wear to protect them from the chilly temperatures, which hovered in the mid-30-degree range.
Aniston, who recently attended Will & Grace star Sean Hayes' one-man show with Curtis, wore a black coat with her hair tucked into a gray scarf which she paired with on-trend baggy jeans and boots. A pair of tinted glasses sat perched on her nose.
Her partner was clad in a gray coat, black shirt and khakis, along with comfortable shoes for walking.
As she stood outside the building, animal lover Aniston - smiled at a man and his dog, not a totally unsual thing for her to do as she loves dogs.

The Park Avenue co-op they viewed was built in 1925 and has 16 stories, plus a doorman, concierge, basketball court, wine cellars, playroom, private storage bins plus storage for bicycles.
It's conveniently close to the Central Park Reservoir, shops and chic restaurants.

The couple's outing comes after Curtis recently explained how they address arguments that 'flare up' as a result of being in one another's company so much.
Speaking on the Ced with Intention podcast, Curtis said: 'The only reason we're here on this earth is for interpersonal relationships.
'Repair is part of it all, we're living with it. I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend, we spend a lot of time in the house together. So sometimes we can have little things that flare up.
'We have the opportunity to either be silent or be angry and go leave the house and think about it.

Aniston and her wellness guru beau have been going strong for about a year now after being introduced by mutual friends
'Meditate or try and change it or we can say, "Hey this is what happened and I’m sorry." And do the repairing and then go and really work on making sure it happens less or doesn’t happen again.'
'We’ve had discussions where, before anything bad happens in this situation, "Do you need time? Do you need 10 minutes to yourself to think about it? Do you want to get into it immediately? Is it okay if we sleep over night, or are you the type of person if you go to bed angry it’s painful for you?"
'I think there needs to be, especially in a romantic relationship to pregame the rules to this thing that you’re doing.'
Aniston and Curtis made it known they were an item in July 2025, when the pair were seen getting close on a yacht during a vacation in Mallorca, Spain. They met after being introduced by friends, though they took a long while getting to know one another before the romance really heated up.
