Sitting on a 1.5-acre lot, the 5,000 sq ft house in Bridgehampton, New York includes five fireplaces and security surveillance all over the estate.
The home is also equipped with a five-zone , meaning the earth's natural warmth is pumped up from underground.
From the outside, the edifice presents the traditional image of Hamptons elegance, with red brick walls, shingled roofs and high white pillars.

Ryan had initially purchased the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home - which had an 800 sq foot guest house - for a staggering $9.5 million in 2021.
